It’s possible!

Listen, I was once in your shoes.
I was in a tough relationship and didn’t even have words for what was happening. I thought I could tough it out, but what I was really doing was accepting abuse. It took many years to research, recover, and reinvent myself.

I want to shortcut that journey for you.

The fact that you're here tells me you’re an action-taker and you want more information. That’s smart, because knowledge is power. We’re going to dig deep to uncover all the facets of difficult relationships: from how we get into them, and how to get out and recover from them.

The Emotional Abuse Recovery and Resilience Summit

...is for people who've been in tough relationships...

...and the friends and family who love them.

45+ expert interviews. Watch anywhere, any time. Even in private.

We have curated over 45 of the most powerful speakers talking about emotional abuse, resilience, recovery

and rebuilding a beautiful life in spite of tough relationships.

If you’re here, that means you’ve either ...

Been in a tough relationship

Are currently in a tough relationship

Or are helping a friend or family member through one

I’m so glad you’ve found this summit.

Within these videos, you’ll dive into the topic of emotional abuse…and learn to heal or learn to help and support someone going through emotional abuse.

…you’re not certain if you’re even in an abusive relationship and want to know for sure, or

…you know you’re in one but haven’t been in a position to change anything, or

…you’ve gotten out and have done some healing,

...these interviews will comfort, inspire, and educate you.

You will learn how to:

⇛ Confirm whether you’ve really been emotionally abused or not

⇛ Identify emotional abuse by learning the warning signs and abuse patterns — and learn how to get out of a relationship before abuse starts.

⇛ Understand types of abusers (like narcissists and sociopaths) and strategies for dealing with abuse tactics like gaslighting, projection and triangulation

⇛ Recognize your mind and body’s response to trauma

⇛ Reconcile your religious beliefs with your abuse recovery

⇛ Share your story and handle others’ reactions appropriately

⇛ Let go and deal with the anger pent up from your situation

⇛ Survive the present, gain clearer thinking and the courage you need to move forward with your life

⇛ Use practical solutions to find your next steps

⇛ Determine when and if you need to go to a shelter, and what to expect

⇛ Help friends and family understand what you’ve been through

⇛ Heal from psychological and narcissistic abuse

⇛ Banish that dark, sad feeling that has become an intrinsic part of your being

⇛ Find that there is so much left for you to do and accomplish…all with a lighter spirit

It’s really been exciting picking the brains of these experts.

It’s like a PhD in emotional abuse recovery and resilience!

I needed the reaffirmation and validation from people whose experiences have been similar to mine. I've learned that there're so many more resources available than I realized to help me with whatever may be going on in my relationships. I was surprised at the sheer number of people in the summit, as one speaker put it, who "get me".

I got solutions and information to help my deep recovery from many different angles. The summit had experts in the fields of therapy, financial, legal and health.

I can’t wait for you to absorb what each of these speakers have to share with you. My goal is for you to have an action plan for how to move forward.

You could stay stuck in that tough relationship, continuing to beat yourself up, allowing someone else to shame you, belittle you, and make you wonder what you did wrong.

You could arm yourself with the knowledge you need to give yourself courage and resilience to do what you need to do. Whatever future choices you make, you will know how to give yourself compassion, self-care, and continue in the rebuilding process knowing that you aren’t crazy.

Who is it for?

This summit is for anyone who's currently in a tough relationship or has been in the past. For anyone who's curious, trying to find out what’s happened in that tough relationship. For anyone who wants to rebuild their life, feel better about themselves, and step into the life they were meant to have.

I’ve interviewed therapists, counselors, scientists, and other experts for this summit, and each of them has part of the puzzle you’ve been trying to find the pieces for. They'll not only give you the pieces of the puzzle, they'll also help you put that puzzle together so you have a complete picture and can rebuild a beautiful, resilient you.

The Emotional Abuse Recovery and Resilient Summit is an online resource, available on any device with access to the internet. If you need to go to the library to access it, you can. If you need to go to a friend’s house and access it there, you can. If you need to watch from your phone while you’re parked in a parking lot, soaking up the knowledge, you can.

You’ll receive access all videos immediately, and be able to choose which ones are most relevant to your immediate situation to watch first.

It would cost over $50,000 to bring in all of these experts to your hometown. It would cost thousands of dollars to get this insider knowledge in therapy.

Find the money, make the time, sit down and listen, even if you can only listen while you are doing other tasks (working, cleaning, folding laundry, etc.), you will still gain information. Get some earbuds, login to a web browser incognito and get busy changing your life. You will not regret the investment!

Invest in your mental health. This summit helps you understand the craziness that was your reality, really does not have to be. For me, it's worth skipping a week's worth of groceries to learn this stuff.

I feel like this was the most time and cost-efficient way to consult with so many experts. How long would it have taken me to find, contact and read all these experts’ insights?

Megan R

I’m bringing it directly to your computer or phone

for only $397. That’s it! You have permanent access

Free download: 5 Ways to Stay Calm When Your Life is in Serious Chaos and You Can’t See Your Way Out.

Serious chaos can mean something different for each person — but it almost always involves a traumatic event. Whether you find yourself or a loved one facing a life-threatening diagnosis, a broken relationship, or the news you'd never expected to hear, you might be in the middle of one of the hardest seasons of your life.

Learning how to stay calm through the chaos can be a difficult life lesson — but one that is vital for helping you to find the future you were meant to live.

Industry statistics:

  • Emotional abuse can include verbal assault, dominance, control, isolation, ridicule, or the use of intimate knowledge for degradation. It targets the emotional and psychological well-being of the victim, and it is often a precursor to physical abuse.
  • Findings from the National Intimate Partner & Sexual Violence Survey found that approximately half of Americans reported experiencing lifetime emotional abuse by a partner.
  • Psychological aggression by an intimate partner was reported by 48.4% of women and 48.8% of men
  • Property damage is a form of emotional abuse considered “symbolic violence”
  • Isolation tactics are forms of emotional abuse and include such behaviors as restricting a person’s contact with family and friends or physically confining a person. Isolation aims to undermine the victim’s life and identity outside the relationship and foster a sense of dependency.
  • The effects of emotional abuse are just as detrimental as the effects of physical abuse.

Participants are changing their lives because of this program...

I learned that I need to feel affirmation from others and it’s ok. I’ve always felt it was wrong and avoided it. I felt I needed to be strong and never show weakness. Instead, I learned through the videos that I was facilitating my own codependency with my husband by trying to do everything I could to make life better for him... and I couldn’t make him well. I needed to tell myself “I deserve to be happy. I didn’t deserve to be treated the way I was or subjected to what I was subjected to. I CAN and WILL be happy again!” I found hope that there is healing out there for me and hope for better days ahead.  DaRo R.

I admire your strength, courage, and bravery in putting this wonderful and inspiring summit together, putting your story out there. You and your guests are the kind of people I want to circle myself with. Is this possible? Can I change my path? Or at least invite this into my life and see where it goes? Yes, I believe I can, and I will. It excites me to hear each of the videos. It consumes me and fills me with such joy and peace. It has helped so many and I'm am one of those many you threw a life vest out to. Thank you from my whole being. I am truly grateful for this gift of knowledge. Jamie V.

I was hoping to gain further insight and additional options and/or ideas for healing from and overcoming the trauma I endured during my abusive 20 year marriage. I got all of those in spades including several aha! moments where things finally clicked and certain things made sense.  Ramey B.
